A2Scan - a good spyware cleaner but it has problems preserving its detection sig.
Active Ports - i use this to locate open ports and identify which app is using it.
Adobe Reader - a pdf reader
Apache - i had problems installing this server software. eventually, i did manage to install it manually
Arovax Antispyware - a tiny antispyware.
Audiograbber - i cant decide which one i’ll keep. EAC or Audiograbber?
Autoruns - cool app. it detected 20+ unnecessary startup dlls

Buddy Spy - my mom uses this for her chatting needs.

Ccleaner - my fave cleaning tool along with Easy Cleaner.
ClamWin - a decent antivirus i paired with AVG
Converter - a simple tool for converting units
CWShredder - detects specific spywares on IE

DynDNS Updater - my dynamic ip solution

EAC - abbrev. for Exacr Audio Copy - it converts cda files to mp3
Ewido Security Suite - supposed to be cool only if it didn’t embed itself as a Windows service

Flashget - a good download manager. not freeware tho’
Foobar 2000 - been using this since AOL bought Winamp
F-Secure Backlight Rootkit Eliminator - a tool for the Sony scare?

Gimp 2.0 - a good alternative for Photoshop only that its free
Grisoft AVG Antivirus - a decent antispyware with easy to use functions and fast updates.

HDValet cleaner - a sturdy file cleaner
Hydra IRC - cool irc client tho’ it lacks some basic functions

IPNetInfo - a tool for IP add lookup

Lavasoft Adaware Antispyware - a trusted antispyware

Mozilla Firefox - a simple web browser tho’ its not memory efficient
mp3utility - it scans for erroneous mp3 files
Microsoft’s Extensible Counter Listing Tool - i use this to disable counter entries

NvU - a webpage authoring tool.

Sysinternals Pagedefrag - good tool for users with less 1k swap file.
Sysinternals Process Exporer - lets you know what process are running on the background.

Quicktime Alternative - plays .mov files even if you dont have a quicktime player installed

Serif Pageplus SE - a business card maker
Speedup Reader - speeds up adobe reader by eliminating unused functions.
Spybot Search & Destroy - a decent antispyware..even better if you pair it with Adaware
Spydefense Antispyware - this will be included in my watch list
